Educational Excellence Foundation of Owen County
EEFOC

Established in 2013, the Educational Excellence Foundation is a non-profit organization formed to support Owen County Public Schools and is committed to providing financial support for the educational needs of the students and staff in the Owen County Public Schools' community. The primary emphasis of support is on preparing students to be college and/or career ready and preparing students to become productive citizens.

Annual Golf Scramble for 2023 is being planned so watch for the date to be announced soon!

WHAT ARE THE GOALS OF THE FOUNDATION?

• To provide financial resources beyond the scope of the district’s budget
• To provide a mechanism for combining resources of the private sector and of the public schools;
• To increase interaction between the school and the community
• To develop broad-based citizen interest and action to improve the quality of education;
• To promote excellence in education in Owen County
• To recognize creative initiative in teachers and to publicize them

HOW CAN YOU HELP?

• Give generously to the Education Excellence Foundation of Owen County! Your tax-deductible donation will be used to further educational programs and projects for the children of Owen County Public Schools. No salaries are paid with the funds donated and the Foundation's Board members are volunteers.
